• He arrived in June 2025 as part of a group (the “Windham 8”) seized for neglect by Animal Control Officers. As the legal proceedings have not been finalized, he is NOT available for adoption.

• Hooves: Barefoot and stands farrier

• When he arrived he was very underweight, had neglected hooves and teeth, and has not yet been gelded. He will be gelded before he is adoptable.
