Before You Apply….

Please Read Before Submitting Your Application

  • Application Deadline: All applications must be received by Wednesday, November 29, 2023.

  • Deposit: A $25 non-refundable deposit is due immediately upon submitting your application via our secure payment gateway.

  • Vendor Equipment: Please bring your tent, table, and chairs.

  • Setup Time: Vendors can set up between 10:00 am – 10:45 am on Saturday, December 2nd.

  • Special Requests: If you wish to bring more than one table, need electrical access, or require other accommodations, please email us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Sales Tax: Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax as required by state law.

  • Vendor Placement: We reserve the right to determine vendor locations based on size, space availability, and overall layout. All booths will be 10×10.

  • Should you want to reserve your space at our Oktoberfest (10/17/26) and Holiday Open House (12/5/26), please reach out to us at XXX@XXx.com
