2026 Vendor Application

Please Read Before Submitting Your Application

Application Deadline: All applications must be received by Wednesday, May 6th, 2026.

  • Event Dates for 2026:

    • 15th Anniversary Open House is Saturday, May 16th with a rain date of Sunday May 17th 2026. 

    • Oktoberfest is Saturday, October 16th with a rain date of October 17th

    • Holiday Open House is Saturday, December 5th with a rain date of December 6th

  • Spaces are a 10'x10' mapped out space that cost $25.00 per event

  • Payment: is non-refundable and due immediately upon submitting your application via our secure payment gateway. Please select

  • Vendor Equipment: Please bring your tent, table, and chairs.

  • Tents must be staked in the ground or have weights on the legs. 

  • Setup Time: Vendors can set up between  9:30 am – 10:45 am on Saturday, May 16th. Anniversary event starts at 11:00AM, Please have your table set up prior to this. As time gets close to the Oktoberfest and the Holiday Open House we will contact with further details!

  • Special Requests: If you wish to bring more than one table, need electrical access, or require other accommodations, please email us here and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Sales Tax: Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax as required by state law.

  • Vendor Placement: We reserve the right to determine vendor locations based on size, space availability, and overall layout.
