Meet Pat and Mike!

• They came to us at the end of May 2025, their owner had some medical issues and needed a place for the boys to go.

• Grain: Timothy Pellets, Alfalfa Pellets and Sentinel Senior SR

• Hay: 2nd cut, though they prefer grass. Their owner had them out in pasture all day, they currently have access to grass for multiple hours a day.

• Pat and Mike are AVAILABLE TOGETHER as companion horses.

• They are feathered horses who need their feathers cared for, this typically includes washing their legs regularly and treating as needed!

Pat

• Pat is a Clydesdale gelding

• Special needs: Pat has an esophageal diverticulum that has been managed by feeding his SOAKED grain in a hanging feeder. Since his arrival at the rescue, we have had no issues with his diverticulum.
